ETQAN Consultancy has been appointed as the project’s financial and commercial advisor, while MOD+Partners is serving as the architectural and design consultant. In addition, e& Egypt has been selected as the technology partner responsible for the project’s digital infrastructure, while ACE – Moharram Bakhoum is overseeing the project as the general consultant and project management firm.
