Khaled Abdel Nasser, Chief Commercial Officer at Harby Group, stated that the company has successfully achieved EGP 12 billion in total sales, driven by strong demand for its projects, led by SEVEN Residence. He noted that occupancy rates at the project were strong from the early launch phases, reflecting customers’ confidence in Harby Group’s name and proven track record. Abdelnasser added that the company expects to record higher sales volumes in the coming period, supported by the growing demand for integrated residential developments across West Cairo.
